Tablets are numbered 1-30 and correspond with the PLUS(c)hart included in each pack. Mark the day each tablet was taken along with a few notes to track your progress. At the end of the month, scratch off the tablet types on the back of the PLUS(c)hart to see which you took each day. Solid equals nootropic and empty means placebo.
